We were asked to help a man who is currently not in receipt of the correct benefits and also needs a copy of his birth certificate to allow him to access essential services where he lives as he currently doesn’t have any proof of identity. We agreed to send him £20 to allow him to cover the cost of requesting this and having the cost sent out to him.
