Today, we were approached for help with a number of new cases, but one that stood out was for a single mum of three. She is struggling with the constant rise of costs, due to the cost of living crisis. She contacted the organisation that referred her to us, saying she literally had one penny in her bank account and no food in the house. Thankfully, we were able to help her and sent across a small grant so she could buy some food.
