Teenage mum sofa surfing with her son

A young teenage mum with severe mental health problems is currently of no fixed abode.  She is managing by sofa surfing with her baby son, at friends that are kind enough to put them up.  She is unable to work at the moment as she is under the supervision of a psychiatrist.  She has submitted a claim for Universal Credit and has taken advantage of the advanced payment but used most of this to buy nappies and milk for her baby.  We agreed to send them £150, which we split over two payments to assist her with budgeting.
