Our client with this case is a young mum, who is expecting her fourth child. She and the children had come to our agents, homeless and in need of help. She has with their support been offered a place for her and the children to live, but she needed a weeks rent in advance to be able to go ahead with the housing association accommodation. Our agents are supporting her with her benefits claim, and as part of that they asked us to help her out with one weeks rent which came to the sum of £166.01, which we arranged payment of. This was an urgent case as if she didn’t move fast with this, then she would loose the opportunity for her and her children to have a more secure life.
