Single mother in bother

A 27 year old single mother of two children, ages 4 and 2 lives in private rented accommodation and is experiencing financial hardship.  She was in receipt of Income Support up until the end of last year and is now receiving employment support allowance, due to her chronic anxiety and depression.  She is a recovering alcoholic and is currently undergoing cognitive behaviour therapy for her condition.  She owes money to her energy supplier and the stress of this is causing her anxiety to go through the roof.  We sent across £50 to help her buy some food and suggested a place that they might be able to apply to for help with clearing the energy debts as they are a significant amount, much more than we could assist with.
