A lady who lives alone has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment. She is finding it difficult to continue with her job so is going to have to give up work and put in a claim for Employment Support Allowance instead. It is going to take some time for her claim to be processed, and in the meantime her washing machine has broken, so our agents are helping her to apply for a grant to have that replaced. She is really struggling with her bills so we sent her £100 to help.
