A mother of two children ages 13 and 10, was working previously as a cleaner and also was registered as a carer for her Grandfather. She is on Universal Credit now and desperately trying to resolve the debts that she built up while her housing benefit and council tax relief payments weren’t in place. She has begun the process of applying for a DRO, and is now at a stage where the application can be submitted, however she does not have enough money to pay the DRO application fee of £90. We agreed to cover that for her and sent off a cheque to send with her application.
