A man with mental health issues is in extreme dire straits and is currently sofa-surfing. He desperately needs somewhere permanent to live. He is in receipt of Universal Credit, but there are so many deductions being made from his payments which leaves him with nowhere near enough to live off. He has debts which our agents are trying to help him resolve, which they need to do as soon as possible. Our agents asked us if we could help him with covering the cost of a Debt Relief Order application fee, and possibly a bit more for food, etc. We agreed to cover the £90 fee and send him an extra £60 for food.
