A lady who had previously been renting from a private landlord, has been struggling because the landlord is refusing to carry out essential repairs. A social housing place has been found for her, but in order to be able to move in she needs the first weeks rent of £95. We agreed to send her this, plus an extra amount to take the total up to £150, as she will have additional costs due to moving.
