Lady moving from temporary accommodation

A lady has been living in very temporary accommodation since October this year.  In March she was moved to more permanent accommodation but this happened at very short notice.  She moved in, but was without many things she needed to run a simple home, such as bedding, crockery, pots and pans, etc.  She was helped with the electricity costs when she moved in, but in May her Universal Credit payment was paid into her account and they had reduced her payment by £86 to repay her Universal Credit advance, as well as payment towards a previous advance on a historic claim.  After bills, this left her with £76 for the month to cover all her food, and other items.  She is still without proper bedding, etc.  We agreed to send her £100 as a boost to help her get a bit more settled and organised.
