Lady in education loses ESA

We were contacted about a young woman, here in the UK on a refugee status.  She was previously in receipt of Employment Support Allowance, but her payments stopped being paid.  Our contacts attempted to help her apply for Universal Credit but were told as she is in full-time education now, UC would not be an option available to her.  She is now unable to afford her rent, pay her bills or buy food.  Our agents have organised food parcels and small amounts of money, and have approached the college, but all they can help with is a small travel grant.  We agreed between us to send her £75 to allow her to buy some food and pay for some gas and electricity.
