This time we were asked about a woman, who suffers with depression and anxiety. This has meant that dealing with her mail was proving to be very difficult, to the point where in the hopes it would all go away, she tried to ignore it. Unfortunately that decision has now caught up with her and she is faced with being chased for repayment. Previous to March this year she was working and struggling to keep her head above water financially, but now she has been signed off work and is on Sickness Payments, her income has dropped substantially. She and her disabled daughter are struggling now to even buy food. Our agents are going to help her apply for a debt relief order, but they needed our help to fund the £90 necessarily to allow her to do this.
