This client was brought to us by our agents as they are supporting her with some serious debt issues. They have guided her to agencies that can help her get some sort of debt management into place, but she also has an issue in that her oven is broken and is unable to replace it, nor use it to cook for herself and her two children, the youngest of which is only three years old. We agreed to send her £80 to go towards a repair of her existing oven, or to use to replace it with a reconditioned one.
