We came across a very despondent lady who was in daily contact with the Job Centre regarding her JSA claim. Unfortunately they couldn’t find her paperwork which meant this lady hadn’t had any money since February 16th (this case came to our attention on 8th March). She didn’t want much, just £40 to be able to get some coal, some gas and have a bath. We were more than happy to oblige.
