A man who has suffered two strokes has been unable to leave his home for the past few weeks. His home is considered to be totally unsuitable for him to live in as he is unable to exit the home in an emergency due to the steps, nor can he go out to get any shopping etc. A new more suitable home has been found for him in a sheltered bungalow accommodation, however he does not have any family or friends that could help him move. We were asked if we could possibly send him £100 that he could use towards a man and a van to move his belongings to somewhere safer for him to live, which we agreed to do.
