Our agents asked us to help a man who has found himself evicted from his home and forced to find alternative accommodation. Where he was living he had access to the white goods which were part of the flat, and where he is moving to he needs to start all over again. We explained that we couldn’t help with white goods but gave them details of places they might apply for a suitable grant to help. He has significant debts and our agents are helping him with that, so we agreed to cover the cost of a DRO application, plus an extra £60 to go towards items he needs to buy.
