The young person was so, so grateful for your help. She told me yesterday was a good day….she was able to go home and have dinner, and she applied for a new job and was invited to come for a training activity. A light at the end of the tunnel.
When young people hit rock bottom, it is such a moral boost to know there is a little help for them. This grant really was just that to this young person, the financial support on a practical level was invaluable, but it was also an emotional boost to know people care about her. She needed this yesterday 🙂
