We had an easy case yesterday. Our agents contacted us about a lady who lives in their area that they are helping. She is taking care of seven children, and her husband is unable to work due to ill health. Her oven broke down last week, leaving her unable to prepare meals for the family. Our agents have managed to source her an oven via Freecycle, but they needed to be able to pay for it to be properly installed. We agreed to cover that cost of £50.
