A single lady, living alone who is in receipt of Employment Support Allowance is in a fair amount of debt. She struggles with severe anxiety and PTSD, and the debt is causing her anxiety to become worse. She has no disposable income to deal with the debts and has sought our agents assistance to get these resolved. They are helping her to apply for Personal Independence Payments and a Discretionary Housing Payment, but in the meantime they asked if we could fund the £90 fee for a Debt Relief Order, which we agreed to do.
