The family, a mother, father and two children, ages 3 and 1 years of age are struggling to manage. Both parents work, but in low paid jobs and they receive Universal Credit to top up their wages to a liveable amount. This is not working for them as they are in desperate need of some essentials for the children, such as duvets, pillows and bedding. We agreed to send them £100 to help them out.
