We are so sorry but we have had to close the fund down temporarily. We had a set number of cases that we knew we could safely cover this month, but we have hit that number sooner than we expected. We will reopen on 1st June 2026. Again it will be a limited number of cases we can deal with. It is when agencies send us multiple cases across the week, that is what impacts us the most. One agency sending 6 or 7 cases a week is a large chunk of our monthly numbers. We ask that you send us your most desperate cases first. We know we are an easy option to get some funds quickly as our application process is so simple, but we have to know that isn’t being abused to avoid having to apply to places such as the discretionary fund instead of to us. If you’d like to help us, please consider making a regular donation to us, we’ve noticed that quite a few of our regular donors have had to stop due to their own financial constraints, so our donor numbers are down. We don’t receive any Government support, just the generosity of some individuals who choose to send us £2, £10, £20 a month for the most part.
