We were contacted today about a young woman who was due to arrive at a refuge. She was fleeing her family home and had discovered that her benefits were cancellled two weeks ago, but has no idea as to why this has happened. Our agents said that once she has arrived they will get straight on to discovering why her benefits were stopped and get them back into payment again. In the meantime they have no money at all, so we sent over £100 to help.
