Our case is a young lady in need. Due to problems with bureauracy she has been left without any money or food. Our agents tried to secure her a food voucher by there was still red tape to navigate, which meant obtaining a food voucher was not possilbe. Our agents were extremely concerned for their client's welfare and asked if we could help out in the short term. We agreed to send across £50 so that she could purchase some food at least.
